26th Street Parade

The 26th Street Mexican Independence Day Parade proudly continues its tradition, kicking off at the iconic Little Village Arch on 26th Street and Albany Ave before making its way down 26th Street to Kostner Ave.

As one of the largest parades in the Midwest, this vibrant celebration attracts over 400,000 participants, residents, and visitors along the bustling two-and-a-half-mile business corridor.

This year, we celebrate “Pride and Power: Our Strength, Our Legacy,” honoring the resilience, contributions, and cultural richness of our community. The parade will feature unique floats, lively mariachi bands, and captivating folkloric dance performances, bringing to life the culture of Little Village.

This event unites residents, elected officials, community leaders, local businesses, entertainers, artisans, and artists in a powerful display of pride and unity. Join us as we honor our heritage and continue building a legacy of strength for future generations!
