The Foundation operates the only Little Village Economic Empowerment Center on behalf of the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity. This new program brings one-on-one support to entrepreneurs looking for individual advice and assistance.

Business Advice & Technical Assistance includes:

  • Orientation and screening
  • Analysis of business concepts and technical feasibility
  • Market analysis
  • Business management analysis and counseling
  • Business planning and financial planning assistance
  • Referrals to financial resources, educational programs, business support organizations (BSOs), small business development centers (SBDCs), business incubators, and other services
